RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We hope you love your purchase from Current Home but we understand that returns happen and your satisfaction is important to us.

RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

• You may return/exchange eligible purchases within 14 days of receipt of delivery for a refund or exchange.

• Customers are responsible for costs related to shipping returns/exchanges. 
• Refunds will be credited to the same card that was used for purchase.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

• Current Home will only accept unused merchandise in it's original packaging – we cannot accept any products that are returned damaged, used or soiled. Upon return, your item will be inspected and a refund will be issued for products that meet these expectations.

• Products that cannot be returned are: special orders, sale items and "non-returnable" items - please see product notes for details before purchase.

RETURN PROCESS 
• Before returning items please fill out a RETURN FORM and email it to customercare@currenthomeny.com to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#). All returns must have an RA# number. If we receive returns without an RA# number it will be ineligible for a refund and shipped directly back to you.

  • If your item arrives damaged, you must keep the shipping box and contact us immediately at customercare@currenthomeny.com for further instruction.
